FRAMES is a series of works on paper in which watercolor and black ink form open pictorial spaces. Grids, lines, and markings act like fragile frames that do less to confine than to shift. Each sheet functions as a fragment, a transition, or a mental cut – an attempt to create order while simultaneously dissolving it. Between control and chance, visual fields emerge that guide the eye while questioning its stability.
